General: The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Contest is offered by Atsign, who is not responsible for (i) late, lost, damaged, incomplete, or misdirected Entries, responses, or other correspondence; or (ii) phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties.

Contest Period: The Contest entry period is during the live Flutter Fridays event beginning on September 22, 2023, at 9 am PDT. Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted during the Contest Period.

How To Enter: During the Contest Period, submit your answers to questions posed here: https://www.youtube.com/@AtsignCo

Winner Selection: Three qualifying entrants with the most points will win First, Second, and Third Place. Winners will be notified during the event and will be asked to provide their email for prize fulfillment.  Contestants who won First Place in the episode directly preceding the current Contest will be recognized, but are not eligible to win a prize (no “back-to-back” winners allowed). Atsign may, in its sole discretion, decline to award any or all prizes in the event that no Entries satisfy the requirements to win.

Prizes:

  • Third Place will win a Digital Gift Card worth $10 USD
  • Second Place will win a Digital Gift Card worth $15 USD
  • First Place will win a Digital Gift Card worth $25 USD

No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize. No prize transfer.

Eligibility: The Contest is open to individuals who are at least eighteen years old. Employees, consultants, and contractors of Atsign are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Atsign will make a good faith effort to award all winners, but may be unable to send Digital Gift Cards to some countries, including, but not limited to: Cuba, Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Pakistan, Panama, Russia, Syria, Tanzania, Venezuela, Ukraine.

All Contest Entries must be completed by the due date agreed for the Event. All components of each Entry must be submitted in accordance with these Official Rules.

Atsign reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without limitation, to disqualify any Entry that Atsign deems inappropriate, or is objectionable and/or inconsistent with the positive image and/or goodwill of Atsign.
